The Little Sunshine series of books and related multi-media offerings available on the website, in print and in other media are authored solely by Blue Butterfly Writing LLC founder Tilda Tart. An experienced graphic artist, Tilda Tart conceived of, designed and created the Blue Butterfly Writing LLC ©2025 logo, all graphics, and animated films, crafting each scenario and the detailed actions, backgrounds, characters, and other elements.

Included your name here at this point because this relates to ownership. Right now, as the creator of the documents we will copyright protect, you are the current owner because you’re the creator. After the copyrights are registered, we will have you execute an assignment and record it with the copyright office (same for TMs at the USPTO) that transfers ownership from you to the company (where it should be). At that point, we’ll remove your name here with respect to ownership. The company will be the owner of the IP.
